The universal lines of sacred geometry and the earth-bound roots of mythology create a timeless integrity on this surface that protects and complements each other.

Story

At the center of this work, wrapped in a blood-red protective shield woven from traditional "Eli Belinde" (Hands on Hips) and "Göz" (Eye) motifs, lie gilded lines of sacred geometry. These golden lines and intertwined triangles, which form the skeleton of the composition, symbolize the balance between heaven and earth, and masculine and feminine energy. The circles surrounding the main axis describe the cycle of time and the soul. At the heart of this mathematical order, Bayterek (The Tree of Life)—the axis of the universe connecting the realms of earth, sky, and the underworld in Turkish cosmology—sprouts.

While the Red Apples and soaring birds on its branches carry fertility and the compassion of Umay Ana, Erbükü (the Serpent), the guardian of wisdom, lies within the inverted triangle pointing to the underworld at the lowest corner of the geometry. That outer weaving, crafted from the "Eli Belinde" motifs representing creative power and the "Eye" motifs serving as a shield against malevolent energies, takes the universal geometry at the center and the life within it under protection, embracing them with "Motherly" compassion. The universal lines of sacred geometry and the earth-bound roots of mythology create a timeless integrity on this surface that protects and complements one another.
